We started in 1991 as an Albany energy-engineering firm serving businesses and municipalities. In 2011 we launched AEC Solar to bring that same expertise to homeowners across New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
Every system is engineered in-house, we're not tied to any one equipment brand, and we service what we install.

I have had a Aec solar for 2 years now they were a joy to work with very prompt and professional with the install even had a service call and they came right out their texts are willing to help out every chance they get and they even had to map out a new layout while on site to get me the best possible Sun for my project. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Excellent experience from start to finish! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of the solar installation process. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the system before, during, and after installation. The crew was punctual, efficient, and left everything clean. My system has been performing great, and I’ve already noticed a difference in my energy bills. Highly recommend this company to anyone considering going solar!
